On January 26, 2016, a practical seminar was held on the basis of Lvivvodokanal

On January 26, 2016, TerPolymerGas LLC organized and held a training workshop for employees of the Lviv City Utility Company Lvivvodokanal on the topic “Application, scope and types of welding of polyethylene pipelines.”
The seminar was held in two stages: theoretical and practical.

The theoretical part consisted of:

Presentations of the plant with a brief historical background.
Overview of the scope of products in construction and repair:
water supply (hot, cold water)
water heating networks of houses and buildings
Scope of pipe fittings made of heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT
Consideration of advantages and disadvantages of butt and thermistor welding
Particular attention is paid to the technology of thermistor welding and preparation for welding.
The most common errors in welding pipelines with PE and PE-RT are considered. In the practical part of the seminar, employees of Lvivvodokanal welded couplings with a diameter of 63, 110 with a thermistor OPTIMA 231.
The seminar demonstrated to the participants the quality and practicality of using domestic products.
