Compression fittings

About 20-30 years ago, the installation of plumbing or heating required the call of qualified plumbers and welders, the delivery of a heavy welding machine, and the consequences of replacing the pipes resembled a small pogrom. Mankind is gradually but steadily moving by simplifying technology and reducing human labor costs.

Where butt joints or flange joints are not economically feasible or practically impossible, compression fittings (crimp fittings, collet crimp joints) are used.

Compression fitting – a connecting element of the PE system, is used for easy and quick disassembly of polyethylene pipes with each other or the transition to metal.
The process of connecting the compression fitting with the PNT pipe is very easy and simple, the fitting is put on the pipe, then the crimping ring of the fitting is manually tightened with a compression or wrench.
The connection does not require special skills, and can be done by one person.
