TerPolymerGas has passed the certification of its testing laboratory

“TerPolymerGas” passed the certification of its testing laboratory in the state enterprise “Ternopil Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification” and received a certificate of certification. This document certifies that the testing laboratory of LLC “PG” TerPolymerGas “meets the criteria and is certified for the right to conduct measurements in the field of state metrological supervision.

The field of activity of the laboratory is conducting input control of raw materials (granulated polyethylene PE and heat-resistant PE-RT) and conducting physical and mechanical tests of polyethylene pipes, fittings and parts made of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT).

High quality of measuring works of laboratory is provided at the expense of:

qualified personnel competent in the organization, testing and processing of results;
material and technical resources, technological equipment, measuring equipment;
use of modern research methods;
compliance with sanitary norms
compliance of research methods, requirements for measuring equipment with regulatory and technical documentation that regulates quality requirements
training systems for laboratory staff.

The main tasks of the laboratory:

compliance with a high level of organization and testing to provide objective and reliable information about the condition of the objects of measurement,
identification of parameters to the requirements of regulatory documentation,
product quality control,
control of stability of technological processes at serial production,

quality control and the appropriate scientific level of processes for the development and implementation of new models.
